I will hold myself to my true values and take action to correct myself when I fall short.

I pledge to be honest even when it does not benefit me. Integrity is important, even when nobody's watching. It is important to always tell the truth. An honest person will never be overlooked.

I will always treat those as I wish to be treated. I will work to understand people from different perspectives and treat people with kindness.

A person can never grow too much. I pledge to always look for ways to improve myself both personally and professionally.

Flexibility allows me to be

productive in any situation. Learning how challenge myself will give me some of the best opportunities to grow.
